2. Pricing and Payment

All skip hire prices are inclusive of VAT and any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is due upon delivery of the skip and can be made via various payment methods including credit card, debit card, or bank transfer.

Rental Fees: The cost of hiring the skip is based on the size and rental duration.
Deposit: A refundable deposit may be required at the time of hire.
Additional Charges: Overweight loads, prohibited items, and late returns may incur extra fees.

3. Usage Guidelines

To ensure safety and compliance with local regulations, please adhere to the following guidelines when using our skips:

Do not exceed the maximum weight limit specified for the skip size.

4. Responsibilities

As a hirer, you are responsible for:

We, as the service provider, are responsible for:

Providing a clean and well-maintained skip.
Delivering and collecting the skip within the agreed timeframe.
Assisting with any queries or concerns during the rental period.

5. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited in our skips:

Chemicals, paints, solvents, and other hazardous materials.
Electrical appliances such as refrigerators and televisions.
Batteries and other reactive materials.
Tyres, glass, and other sharp objects that may cause damage.
Asbestos and other toxic substances.

6. Liability

We are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred as a result of improper use of the skip. It is the hirer's responsibility to use the skip in accordance with the provided guidelines and regulations.

7. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date to avoid cancellation fees. In the event of a cancellation within 48 hours, a cancellation fee may apply.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from the rental agreement will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in this region.

9. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the hirer via email or through our official communication channels.
